Hi (Not-So-Old) Ben - There is a highly reputable vendor based in SLC, UT that sells these known as A Wind Of Change. Kent and his wife Daelyn (proprietors) can take good care of you if you can't find this item used.

They are out of stock. Kent offered me a great deal on a carbon axle but it was not that much wider
I believe and even at a good deal more $$ than I had to spend.
