We are out of stock on the 15mm ones, but are in the process of having a local machine shop make some more. PL no longer carries the 20mm to 15mm adapters so we have just made them in house. You can still get the 20mm to 12mm ones and we have those in stock.

The front tire shouldn't need 15mm adapters though, it should have a 12mm axle and therefore you should just be able to order in 12mm bearings. If you are using a 20mm wheel/bearing setup for your front wheel then you would need the 20mm to 12mm adapters. If you have 15mm bearings in your front wheel, you should be able to swap those bearings out for 12mm ones and be good to go without adapters. The 12mm and 15mm bearings are 32mm OD (or appx. 1.25 inches across). The 20mm bearings are 47mm OD (or 1 7/8" across).

Hope this helps.
