Wanted: seat harness

Hi all,

I have a small Mystic Blazer waist/seat harness that I want to trade for a full on seat harness. The Blazer is just not for me.. I don't like the feeling of the harness up around my ribs (I have a short torso, and it still rides too high even with the leg straps). I do really like its high quality construction though.

I'm looking for something that will fit a small, short person... I'm 5'2", 115lb, women's size small (4-6). The primary use is for snow kiting on skis, but I might dabble in mountain boarding or buggying at some point in the future... unlikely to be doing any water based boarding though. I'd like a harness that's comfortable enough for a few hours of cruising, I'm not doing crazy jumps or getting (intentional) hang time. Comfort is key!

Please let me know what you have :) A trade would be ideal for me but I could do cash instead.

Thanks :)
- Jen.

My suggestion would be to send a U2U message to utahtami. She is an avid snowkiter and just about right in your size range. Even if she doesn't have a spare one I suspect she would have a good recommendation. Good luck!

XS Peter Lynn Divine is an exceptional harness. I've tried several. A Wind of Change sells them.

It's probably pretty tough to find the XS. Even the Small is a bit big. I make do with small in the buggy and use the XS kite skiing (which is backwards, but I'm too lazy to change my AQR around.) Good luck.

I hope you love it as much as I do.

IBX April 2 - 5 would be a great time to dabble in buggying.

I would love to, but I don't think I can get the time off :(

Also, I don't have a buggy... or a board.

Some of us will still be at Ivanpah through the following weekend with a couple buggies adjusted for "shorter riders". U2U me if you're interested.

I have the same Mystic Blazer waist seat combo and had the same issues with rib rub. Even though the spreader has padding.

I got a Dakine harness pad and never looked back. LOVE my Mystic now.

I think I have a devine harness also if it is the simple strap version. It is size small but fits too big. ( 29 waist ) I think it came with too wide a spreader bar. It works for traveling light but is NOT my go to harness.
