Flysurfer bar 60cm Infinity 3.0 Found

So each summer the wind is light here, and we wish we had a bigger kite.
Last year I limped along nicely with my Nasa 12, however my appetite has grown.
This summer I want a Peak2 12, but it's green so I want a Peak3 because it's not green. I'm pretty sure it's better in other ways as well, or not. Yes I am a kite racist.

Peak 3 12m, 3.0 60cm

If you've had a brief affair with this kite and want to break up, do it, she's no good for you, she lives to show off and pulls you to and fro in every breeze. She has stringy hair, she's skinny, and not very deep, almost two dimensional.
Why did you even buy her in the first place?
Here's a guy who'll take this headache off your hands and pay for the privilege. :P

I love the wording of your add. I wish you luck to search for your peak(s).

I've flown both my friend. The 2 has less bar pressure but the 3 is a little more refined in its behavior. Less tip tuck, less flapping, less bridling, and the Reefline makes packing up a breeze in addition to adding another layer of safety. I'm a big heavy man and I ride a big heavy Bug. My bottom end with the P3 12 is about 6mph on the beach. I bet even lower on the Playa. But...if you want true low wind performance you need you a big bad 12+ meter FB. Or a high AR race kite! My only issue with the peak was that she was...as Windstruck put it. Dead in bed! Maybe one of them there fancy Race Stars?

Ed, I've got the 12.5m LS2 sitting patiently in my garage. I can sell it KO or with its bar because I picked up some new bars and it will become an extra. Let me know if you're interested. It will scratch the same itch as the P3.

Mr Steve. And it's pretty too, assuming you get that homeless man off of it before it sells.
I thought you had both the 9 and 12 pretty much sold?

The Longstar is a fine kite and my little 3.5 is a gem.

I am looking a Flysurfer though, and did I mention I qualify for the American Kite Fliers discount? Pilot 131317 :cool2:

I'm good either way and the Peaks are certainly fine kites. They are no Born Kites, mind you, but hardly slouches in bed either. If the dust settles and you want to work something out with the LS2 please just let me know. Good luck!

You don't want my rage. "You'll poke your eye out kid"

Thanks Steve, I agree that the Peak is no Longstar. (Symbol for tongue in cheek)
It may come to that. My littlest star flies on a Naish bar beautifully, no cutting or patching needed.

Did I mention that I would be open to a new RTF if I thought I was getting the best deal going? :D

The 60cm bar is found. He took 299.99 shipped. 9.5 out of 10 condition. Not 3.0, but I think I'll like the plus/minus trim adjustment.

Now. Where's my 12m Peak3 :puzzled:

Is Hardwater Kiting on vacation?

So I get my almost new 9.5 out of 10 excellent bar at 300.0
The trim strap is frozen sticky, stains all over and..well here.

Not what I want for my new 12, aahhh new kite smell :P

Easy fix. Return and buy a new one, except The shopping cart at Hardwater is broken, and no answer to email. The site says calling is not the best method of contact, but I'm afraid it's the only one?

Tried two browsers two ISP's and incognito, no dice.
