Last Sunday 6/24 was good wind in the afternoon.

Met Eric there and he buggied while I Blokarted. Kelci came down later and wind picked up.
By the end of the day, 4ish, the wind picked up pretty good. Both Kelci and I were blown over with 4m sails. I had no problem but Kelci broke her right wrist. Spent 12 hours in ER. She's out of commission for a while.

Here's the wind predictions for this coming weekend, 6/30-7/1:

Morrie,

I am sorry to hear about Kelci breaking her wrist after I left. It was nice sharing the wind with you two. Good winds and outgoing tides were nice.

Take care and heal up soon,
Eric

Please tell us it was her left wrist and not the one she uses to tell you off with Morrie.
Glad to hear it was a good day until the end. I'm guessing Kelci won't be waiting for good winds this coming Sunday. Hope she heals quickly and completely.

Please send my best wishes to Kelci.

In Canada the hospital and all would be paid. She could collect about 80% of her wage from our government while healing.

I hope this doesn't cost you a fortune.

Thanks for the good wishes guys. She goes into surgery Tuesday to insure alignment and put in an "appliance" to keep things in place. Hopefully she'll be in shape for fall SOBB.

10mph wind directly on shore, sunshine, one of the biggest beaches I have ever seen at Grayland, and a good friend to buggy with. Can a guy ask for anything else? Yes he can, forgot the sunscreen.
I'm celebrating Canada Day with Colin and showing my white hair and bright red sunburn.
Best day at the beach ever.:P
Even at high tide there was more than 100 yards of beach left to play on.
The wind picked up a bit as the afternoon war on. Nothing a big beach and a 8m can't take care of.
It was great to see you Morrie, miss Kelci and the girls. WSIKF IS FAST APPROACHING.
Sorry I didn't get a picture of my new Green kite buggy, was having such a wonderful day I forgot to take a picture of it going down the beach. Next time.
