People still have/use Pulse 2's?
Reviews say is nice kite, but reviews are older.

Am in Maine, and in water, snow, and beach.
I have a Peak1 9M, Matrixx1 12M & Matrixx2 15M.

Supposedly the Pulse is great in waves and surf...
Is depower 10 years ago the same as depower today?
