This will be me and my friends first time at WBB. We are coming down Friday night and will be flying the 13th and the 14th. Super pumped to meet all
of you.
I have a ATB and have am still learning to kite board and my friend is a total noob and it will be his first time out.

So question, My friend will be mostly flying static but I am going to try to get him on a board by the end of the weekend.
Does he have to join napka, or can he be a guest under my membership if he fills out a waiver?
