Flysurfer Question

I am thinking about getting a Flysurfer kite for kiteboarding. I understand they are water re-launchable but are they designed specifically for water as well?

Because when I go to Flexifoil webpage, they offer Lines specifically for water use. Also, Inflatable kites have bars with floating stuff.

So, I was wondering if Flysurfer lines and bars are designed for water or they are designed for land and snow but CAN be used on water just because Flysurfer kites are water re-launchable. - Brian
