sold sold sold - PL Folding Buggy $450 + S/H

An excellent heavy duty set-up.

My turn to pass it on. HATE to see it go. Located near Seattle for pickup

I can't write a better Classified ad with photos, than when I bought it, and have only used a couple times in a couple years.

Wrist and Back surgeries suck. Selling for what I bought it for. I replaced every bearing after purchase, just cuz.

A rare find, here's the origional classified.

Dave - sorry to hear about the various surgeries. Yes, they do suck. Been there, done that (twice) myself. Just read through that original thread in its entirety. That seems so long ago! It was a pretty funny read and brought back good memories!

Now, do the next pilot a solid and let them know which tire has your pee on it.

Good luck with the sale; this bug needs a good home with a new pilot eager to learn and roll!

Anyone know if it would fit in the trunk of a Honda Civic? My minivan now has 300k miles on it. I love my Flexifoil but it won't fit my unless I take it apart.

One thing to keep in mind Randy is that the PL Folding Buggy ends up being more of a cube than a pair of long objects. I seem to remember reading somewhere that folks could get them into the back of a car in the trunk but I can't be sure. The lift out of a trunk might be awkward and they aren't light.

This is a picture of the actual buggy being sold here (used to be mine along a nice line of owners) so you can see how it looks all folded up.

Recently bought the 7.5m LongStar Kite from WindStuck. You two get me fully equipped for my buggy set up :)

I hope I responded fast enough to have this buggy :)

You have to factor in the size difference between barrows and what look like midi tires on the buggy up for sale, but...

I had to pack a folding buggy that Danny was buying without exact info on how much room would be in the transport vehicle.

I went a little OCD and medieval on the poor thing. I don't think fitting in a Civic is going to be an issue ;)

It's nice to hear some people from the Pacific northwest interested in this buggy. Hopefully this buggy or some of the people interested will show up at SOBB this year.

If the new owner wants a roof rack....

Hey Eric I'm a newbie and plan on attending Sobb this year, assuming I have a buggy in time! Blitzhound has been teaching me. That roof racks looks pretty slick just no buggy yet!

John mentioned someone that might have been you. The roof rack is available, however you would need a square bar thule base (or adapt to something else) also it was designed around a straight axle and a narrow front tire (adapt as necessary).

It's free to anyone who wants it.
