You will not need the extra handles or lines unless you plan on losing a pair in the near future-or maybe plan to collect other Rev's kite-only.

Good buy Tom. I paid over 200 for mine new.

i suppose a future kite-only purchase isn't out of the question. didn't consider that, though.
i'll take the spare lines and handles...just in case.
