Are you looking for full blown race kites, or something more freeride capable and forgiving? I read through a lot of Russian forum posts about those joker-4's and they were actually freestyle/freeride kites that happened to go fast and start winning races. People said they were very similar to flysurfer speed 2's and 3's, but were more "race" oriented, as in more power build with speed, more direct and sudden power in gusts, less forgiving of mistakes, thinner bridles that streach and need to be tuned more often, ect. The joker-5 onwards went full blast on the race aspect.

There is a wide range that kites that could be considered fast. Depending on what you are looking for there are quite a few options. PL phantom II and speed 2's and 3's are on the tame end, flysufer soul's are more in the middle, and flysufer sonic's, ozone chrono's and r1's, elf joker-5 onwards are all full blown race kites.

You can fly my Montana X at JIBE when the wind is right for it. Love that kite

Looking for something more race oriented. I love how forgiving my Frenzys are but I'd sacrifice that for speed. I wish I could convince myself that FB is for me but I cant seem to shake the depower love.

There you go, mogul. Kober's Sonics are sweet, nice quiver right there... doesn't get much more race than that.

those Sonics are amazing kites but I'm not certain i can give them a home without the wife-to-be noticing!

They're black - you can sneak them in the house in stealth mode.
