Any PL Vapors for sale out there?

Im thinking of getting back into kite buggying... i see PL doesnt make the vapor model anymore - is that right?...

Anybody have any they might want to sell?... prefer them sub 5m as when the wind is low i tend to prefer the landboard...

as an aside... what are some good substitutes if i couldnt find any vapors?

Crosskites sonic, are supposed to be pretty close to the vapor.

Yea...I need to replace a few that slammed to untimely deaths during IBX2019.

I have a pair of PL Reactors for I could be persuaded to part with, no repairs, both RTF, 2.8m and 4.4m. I think they're first generation, I can get some pics to you if need be.

I am looking specifically for vapors, but thanks. If I would have known my gear would be this hard to replace, I wouldn't have sold it.

Oh, I can answer that one. iPaul, I, and others just spent a week on the Ivanpah playa. His Vapers are now officially more repair tape than OEM nylon and they just aren't flying as well as they used to. :karate:

Absolutely correct.

All have a LOT of tape on them and no longer function as they should.

But, I did buy a 4-pack of 5 ft tape that I will be installing on the one or two with the least number of rips.

All were bought used. All are extremely well loved through two lifetimes and it is time to put these dogs in their final resting place.

I think Pansh is going to get my money simply because most manufacturers have determined that death kites like these have a very limited (and unlucrative) market.
