Like it was made for it

That Harbor Freight rack fit my axle width perfect. Used some uni-strut for the vertical post. All bolt together.

Currently in the van:

And kiteboarding and the Blokart..

If I lived up north I'd totally be into the ice boat thing too.

Funny story...you'll never guess what i picked up from a barn over Easter Weekend :D I don't why, but couldn't turn down the free offer.
I still haven't fully reorganized the shed/garage since winter and needed something from the back on the weekend, so....pulled out 4 buggies and Ice blade sets, Bikes, SUP, windsurfers, Kite Cat, damn heavy ice boat, many tires, lawnmower, garden stuff, chairs, skis....and finally got to what i needed for a kite fest. As i got to the back, rumble of thunder and rain starting so i had to quickly jam and throw it all back in before the heavy rain came on.

I'm just trying to keep up with you, but not nearly as organized.

While the external rack worked; I got tired of moving it from the garage back and forth keeping it out of the rain(bearings). And I didn't want it in the sun all the time.

Back inside it goes! I like having it with me at all times for those impromptu evening sessions in the summer when the temp gets real nice and the breeze is enough:

what about making a nice custom waterproof bag that fits over the bug?
but then you would also need to incorporate some vent flaps to release any trapped humid air or condensation that could also cause rust.

Thought about foiling. May in the future. I was looking to get the Dialer board and Hover Glide wing: http://www.windance.com/FOIL-Windsurf-Foil/?subcategory=Clea...

I have friend who has that board and he's happy with it and progressing well. Hover glide wing is very popular. I know two guys with that foil.

I just started foiling. I'm using a Manta foil I got on ebay with my old formula board. So far I haven't broke anything......
