Power Rings?

I have looked the world over about power rings and can't find how to make them or what they look like or what they do. Can some of you kite afficionados enlighten me? I have a Pansh blaze on the way and read that it is helped with power rings. :spin:

I remember them, they were mainly used on the old rhombus firebees as they helped improve their luffyness and turned faster... I know a lot of people use them on the begos too... heh.

Here's a link to a thread on power rings on the bego and you can see a pic of a setup using ronstan kite pulley's instead of power rings. I now own that kite and its a schweeeeeet setup.
