All I have to say is wow! I ordered a bearing spacer because I damaged mine, well a piece of driftwood did lol . I asked about tracking info and Kent apologized and said that they were sold out but actually had one machined for me and was mailing it out. Talk about customer service! Thank you A Wind of Change! I had a similar experience when I bought my Peter Lynn Divine harness. I wasn't sure of the size so they mailed me a medium and a large for me to try. I mailed back the one that I did not use. It's hard to find companies like this these days!
