The only person I know of that flies the B2 9m is Moroni 10 on racekites forum. You could ask him--good luck!

A couple of the guys in our buggy group have the 9.0 meter. They fly exclusively on handles. I don't think you could get them to put it on a bar if you gave it to them free. I have also flown this kite on handles and it flies perfectly, no problems. I also would prefer the handles.

You do need some pretty good sized handles (longer the better). Handles do give you the ultimate in control for the lighter winds.

I had a B3 8.5 and it was sweet. I had a 55cm flexi bar but never used it. I always flew her on Flexi handles and upgraded the lines to Ozone 360 kgs. Handles gave me great control needed at low and high winds! I could have never done this on a bar:

I have an 8.5 BIII and I bought it with the flexi bar for kite skiing. The bar is good for skiing as you can pretty much lock the kite in position and go. However, for boarding in-land, on smaller fields than the lakes I ski... handles all the way.

If the wind is at all flakey, I fly that kite only on handles. The bar is confined pretty much to winter only, when I'm on a lake large enough to allow the wind to smooth out so the kite doesn't need working.

I have heard that the 9m BII is larger (more area) than the 10.5m Blade III :o

I was pretty sure this was one kite I was going to keep on handles. Definately going to start out that way. I have plenty of them now so it will be nice to put a set to use.
Yup. this is going to be about as big a kite as my 140 pound :moon: will get attached to. WELL...... I'm sure I'll have to fly a larger Combat when they land. It's a local kite and I've had my hands on it for a few minutes once. Hey, it's a Blade. If I don't like it I think someone else will !

Thanks !!!!

Let us know what you think also when will you get it? Chadvicki flew his on a bar but he said he only flew it a couple of times. I have to wait until he gets back monday before I get mine shipped.
