Any good welder in East coast?

I have a Libre Full Race Xsmall but side rail is too high, would like to lower them down, making them size small.

Initially, I thought about bringing to local welder but they don't know buggy and I am afraid they might mass up geometry.

Is anybody here a welder as well who can help me out? I live in Delaware. - Brian

Brian,

Do you have any custom bicycle frame builders in the area?

Maybe something like this in Philly:

Brian,

I have had a few customs made for me by different builders and the craftsmanship has been top notch – you just got to love a custom built fillet brazed frame

Just remember if you're looking for a bike framebuilder to do work on SS tubing instead of carbon steel or chromoly, they should be somebody who builds TIG [welded] frames. Stainless needs to be welded, not brazed.

Good point Krumy - however, I think Stainless tubing for bicycles can be brazed with silver not brass for lugged construction.

I would just get it TIGed.
