asking if the Radsail Pro II 3.0 "good" enough to pull a kite buggy?
or even a board?
i like reasnobly near the coast so i can get quite consistant 10-15 mph winds..15+ on a good day

Yup, should get it done, I've put countless hours on a 4m Radsail, not a bad all around kite. 10mph you'll probably be underpowered until you figure out how to milk the kite, by 15+ I think you'll be finding it the perfect size.
