Libre V-max back rest mod

I am hoping someone can help me make a back rest cross-bar for my v-max. I find my seat starts to lean back and pretty soon I am almost supine. I want some back support for those long buggy rides. Help me out here.

Do you have a board or something in the back pcket to stiffen it up? That helped a lot with mine... I'm no longer thinking about more support. I went to Tap Plastics and bought a piece of stiff plexiglas and rounded off the edges with a dremel... I think it was about two bucks.

Hey Dagon

Do you have the strap at the top of the seat tight. If it is loose then that would cause you to lean back to far. I have my strap as tight as I can pull it on both of my V-max buggys.

I have an old cutting board back rest and the strap as tight as possible but i desire rigid support.

I used 1/2" conduit pipe and c clamps to fix a stright cross bar behind the cutting board that runs from one siderail to the other.
