Help needed

I'm new to all this kite flying stuff and so far really loving it. I got a Rhombus Firebee 3.0 and I'm just getting used to flying it at the
mo'
The only problem is while I can get it flying, I can't get it to launch on its own. The kite lifts and then crashes straight back down.
The brake lines are slack and I make sure that I'm not pulling them.
Any advice?
Cheers

Try giving the kite a good couple of tugs as it leaves the ground.
You will find this helps to inflate the kite

The kite has always inflated, but it just comes back down tail first. The brake lines are slack. The thing just won't fly.
Any ideas?

Are you flying it in an area where there are trees behind you or buildings? Maybe a small banking?
I had similar trouble flying on a local field where there is a small banking on the edge, if I am too close to the bank the wind must go over the kite
as it will not launch. If I move away from the bank I have no problems.
