I have windsurfed for many years and spent several summers in Hood River- Love the wind & water. However, now I am in Barrow Alaska, the northern most point in the U.S.- I want to begin kite skiing on the frozen lagoons and snow covered tundra.

I have my downhill ski equipment- but do not have any kite gear! Help set me up- what do I need for winds 20 - 30 mph. Any advice would be helpful.
