Opinions on a new online shop / what do you want :)

So i'm working on a new kite store for my good friend mike (i did northtexaskitesports.com for him as well but he wants to expand a bit!) and was wondering if people had some opinions on what they'd like to see on the store, things they'd like to be able to do, general design ideas or anything :)

Always love a bit of brain storming! :)

The site is: http://www.atomickiteboarding.com

It redirects to ntks stuff at the moment but when i'm finished i'll copy it to a new server.

Lots of products to be added and content to be added but you get the general gist of things...

Thanks guys!

- Dom ;)

Dom

I am in the computing business and I spend a lot of time in front of a computer.

Reading white characters on a black background is tough for the eyes for a 40 like me :-)

I have no skills in graphical aesthetics but I can see the nice graphics. No flash which is good. Load fast.

I like to see pictures of the items I buy when just browsing. The picture brings a quick attention to an item you are looking for.

nice job.

Cool thanks buzz, i'll try a slightly darker shade for the main type...

With pictures are you talking about you want to see them when looking in product categories? It makes it more clunky looking to my eyes when there's big pictures all over the place, i'm always going for as small as possible but thats just me.

Thanks a lot for the input anyways :)
