Cloud 9 Kite Trike for a first buggy?

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum, been kiting a couple of years and am looking at getting into the buggy scene. As this would be my first buggy, and mainly just a cruiser for when the water/snow isn't working out, I'm not aiming at the top of the line products, but also don't want to waste $$ on inferior gear.
I've occasionally seen some buggies on e-bay sold through Cloud 9 paragliding at a reasonable price, (299) but don't know enough about what I'm looking at or what buggies are put through (stress wise) to know if that route is a good beginner route or not. Any opinions, thoughts, or suggestions on a first buggy?

Do a search for Kite Trike on this forum. You will find the good and [unfortunately] the bad about the buggy. I have one and have had minor issues. Still- the price is right!!
