Hello

Hi everyone
Im new here and wanted to say hello. I have been flying kites for awhile now. single line, 2 line and quads. after seeing some vids on power kites it caught my eye and i found these forums. I have read alot here and there is some very good info here. Im finding myself looking more and more at the buggys It looks like a blast. I just wanted to ask if there is any power kiters in the north Georga or south east Tenn area that would like to get together and do some flying and maybe some buggy exp.
Thanks
Chris

I moved to Augusta GA from SE TN about 4 years ago. I was flying 2 line deltas and a symphony then. Moved up to 4 liners now. There have been 2 get togethers down on the GA coast this year and I'm sure there will be others if you wanted to get with some fellow kiters and smooth beach winds. We always post them on here to invite others. Welcome to PKF. I signed up on the flapper kiters site.

If you ever get downstate GA, look me up in the Golden Isles Region. Great public beach with no significant crowds. I usually have 2 bugs with me. We have a huge tide range here, so anything lower than 1/2 way out is good for the bug and any flying.

I will keep that in mind. We are going to TI next month and the next time i will get to make it down in that area will be in the early spring time. I hope to have a kite by then that will pull a bug. Im thinking of something like a Panish legend maybe a 4.5 by then. Or sooner if i can find a used one.
