Of course there will be racing, Pablo. Dean said, " i just want to assure everyone that we will have racing, we will have fun, and there will be easy
to understand racing rules. Nabx is not about anything but fun."
He also posted the racing rules which will be used at NABX. Bring your hat and your best socks; there's gonna be racing.

Here's your schedule:
Day one: Kick back, have fun. Maybe race. Drink beer
Day two: Kick back, have fun. Definitely race. Drink beer
Day three: Kick back, have fun. Definitely race. Drink beer
Day four: Kick back, have fun. Definitely race. Drink beer
Day five: Kick back, have fun. Definitely race. Drink beer
Day six: Kick back, have fun. Definitely race. Drink beer
Day seven: Kick back, have fun. Race optional. Don't drink beer. Drive home
You gettin' the picture? This is NABX, not Wimbledon. If you require a specific schedule months in advance in order to enjoy yourself, then it's
possible NABX isn't the scene for you. Try Boy Scout camp. (Just kidding Eli!)
Seriously, neither NABX nor SBBB before it published advanced scheds online or elsewhere. There'll be one on the tent flap when you get there, I
expect, just like in years past.
Dave (not a NABX organizer!) Culp
IANAL, so I'll say "for the record" that I have no earthly idea whether the above is accurate, approximately accurate or completely fulla... Well, you
know. I plan to give myself up to the karma gods, the wind gods and the desert gods and trust the guys I always trust to make my experience enjoyable.
I recommend you consider doing the same, it seems to keep NABX the biggest and the premier bugging event in the US.

You are right Dave, NABX is the premier buggy event and if anyone misses it they will be sorry. Anytime you have the chance to be around this many of
our buggy family, then that experience has to be enjoyable.

Well, there is a place for a schedule on Nabx site. Many folks have asked for one. And Dean himself said he would put up a schedule. Some of us are
a little more active than you DAve, if that's all you wanna do, cool, HOpe you don't plan on Driving a vehical on the lakebed after all that beer
drinking you are planning on doing!
I thought there would be a GPS challenge, team enduro, the 'classic enduro', and some "no Rules" circuit racing!
We could play tag, have a water cannon fight!
Is there pimp 'thy' buggy this year.
What about the leatherman Challenge.
What about a race run in reverse, everyone has to go backwards.
Why can't we fill in the void, give people something positive to do!
When that's all done, we can have a fishing derby with Gbrown.
Or should I "just keep my mouth shut" as suggested by GBRown!
Did all of this get pushed aside for SHOT CAR racing? I mean c'mon, the SHOT CAR event was the only scheduled and completed event at NABX for the
last two years.

You've got some really good ideas, Eli. Try not wrapping them in insults and they're more likely to be heard.
