Beamer III 3m
I just recieved a Beamer III today and I will have to say its a very nice package. Definately geared for the beginner. It has everything you need
including kite killers fancy bag and a video even. I must say though I don't see the quality differences between the Beamer and the Pansh that
everyone is talking about. The kite doesn't appear to made any better and the lines feel the same as the pansh. The lines on the beamer are color
coded which is a nice feature and the handles that come with the beamer are nicer. It seems to me you are paying quite abit more for a fancy backpack
and a video. Although for a beginner with noone to help them the extras that come with the beamer would be worth it I suppose. Keep posted as I may
totally change my opinion after I first flight.

Yep, thats when you realize how easy it is to fly, turn, land, take off, everything. There is much more time spent engineering the Beamer than any
Pansh I've flown. To be fair to the Pansh, the Beamer has a different mission than an Ace does. It really is a joy to fly. Like I've said, I like
flying both my Pansh kites, but I'm always reminded of how nice a kite the beamer is when I go launch it again. I think the low AR helps it be so
stable. You will notice a difference in the lines after you wrap them up about 3 times. They will be much more slick than the braided lines from
Pansh.

I plan to have the beamer, legend, blaze, and ace lined up and fly them all one after another. I hope to do it this weekend if the weather is good. I
know the ace has a different purpose than the beamer, but I figure the legend and blaze should be close. Then I will give my final thoughts.

I figure the same thing, wondering what the purpose of the Legend is. I'm anxious to hear your opinion.

I think the legend is a bit in between everything......all purpose kite....my 5.5 has picked me up off the ground and its also a pretty good buggy
engine....its like having a dodge dart...handles kinda slow...kinda cool lookin.....not too fast in the turns.....not too bad on gas....however I have
one of the small legends 2.0 and it is on short lines made from paracord and the thing is really fun on nukey days
