Peter Lynn Twister 3m

Just got a new toy, a Peter Lynn Twister 3m, I thought to give it a try. We don't hear much about them but seem to be good quality.

I bought the kite brand new with the bar. I was told it flies well with both the bar and handles.

I intend to use the kite for teaching friends, give it a snowkite ride in big winds on the bar, or fly it in lower winds with the handle for some fun

I will probably fly the kite over the weekend and give some feedback. According to the shop who also sells HQ, they really liked it as they mentioned to be a faster kite than the beamer3, but is also stable enough at the same time to be flown by beginners. Aspect ratio a bit higher.

The kite has a nice graphic, colors are pretty flashy.
The fabric is nice quality.

I added a loop to the bar. I will get ride of the wrist leash and just hook up with a regular safety leash to harness. The bar is OK except for those elastics to lock the lines have no spot to tie.

Nice little bag. My son liked it right away. It fits a kid shoulders, but I managed to put it too. Kite fits well in there with the handles, but not the bar.

Thanks Buzz. Looks like an HQ d-loop on the bar?

I forgot to post a little review here:

The main reason I bought this kite was to have a little kite 4 lines that I can introduce friends, but I could also use in high winds, or fly in static.

Winter is over, I might start using it more. I'll probably give a try on landboard soon.

I have not used it in high winds, since my smallest depower allows me a great range.

Only used twice, once to get my nephew snowkiting. I would say the kite is a little more performant than a beamer, the ratio being just a bit higher, but still easy to be flown by novice, stable enough but some grunt too.

the kite is quality built, and has a nice looking in the air.
