Also, does everyone parked on the playa at Ivanpah need an actual permit displayed?

If so, will the permits be provided or do we need to procure our own?

The NABX org team will take care of the permit. Attendees do not have to worry about this.

The parking lot is large enough to accommodate the event.

Camping is allowed. Please remember to pack out all of your trash and do not empty grey or black water on the dry lake or shoreline.

We will provide each attendee with a copy to display in their windshield. This will be included in your registration package. No worries, you org team will provide you with everything you need for a fun-filled week.

It looks like we may be arriving at Ivanpah Mar 29 or 30. What dates does the NABX permit cover? If it covers the weekend before NABX, could we get a copy to display in our vehicle? If it doesn't cover the weekend before NABX, can we get our own permit to stay legal and above boards?
