Can you tell me a little bit about the kite?
Slingshot Ranger 12m 2007 foil kite.
I have flown Ozone kites before : Access Franzy, Manta is Ranger any similiar?

i dont know much about this kite, but a local retailer who sells both ozone and slingshot had told me that the ranger was half way between the access and the frenzy.
so I suppose we was talking about skill levels, and that could include aspect ratio.

There is a good review over at kiteforum.com. I found it interesting because I had thought of purchasing a 9 and 12 before I had bought my new bularoos but the low prices scared me off with no reviews at the time. Maybe I should have just done it anyway!
