I have an alfalfa field across from my home, the the owner does not harvest it, free access, it is not tooooo bad in the spring a little tall but it
works. About 1/2 mile by 1/4 mile the winds are primarily western and it is 1/2 mile east to west so it gives a lot of room to work with. Past that I
go to the park, soccer fileds and fly static. I just got the buggy bug, I have the bug but no buggy so far.
I went out today for the first time in winds over 10 mph. The Beamer/4 at about 22-25 mph is a handful would be very fast on wheels, probably to the
point of injury. Keeping out of the window is not hard anymore, knowing what it can do in lower winds really makes you understand what it will do in
higher winds. Today, _I_ only _flew_ for about 3 seconds at 6+ft high and 30 ft. long, I must have been in control, my wife laughed to tears. Lofted
the landing and went back up wind to a serious run/drag back downwind...... scared the b'jeezus out of me, the flight was no big deal, the run, I
almost took a belly flop which would have been bad, there is no slide in an alfalfa field.....

i would have figured you wouldent be able to buggie in a corn or alfalfa field, because of the bumps. i thought some of the sand hills and open
plains would be off the hook. so who do you know with a buggy, or have you tryed it before.

I have never seen/touched a buggy outside of a movie or the internet..... hope to get to Lake McConaughy when someone is out there with a buggy.
Probably the only place close I will see anyone with one.

you can usually find a used buggy for pretty cheap online. shipping is about a hundred bucks. the best way to buy is always from a store online so
you dont get ripped off. try aboveitallkites.com. they have new peter lynn buggies for cheap.
you will need a big foot, a little buggy is not going to do it in the deep sand or a field.
