Libre De luxe with an arminator spread bar.

It does not take up much space and splits the pull (when sitting) between your hips and your waist.
The arminator is really good because you can clip in/out the handles without ever letting them go.

Hope this helps

Harness type ends up a very personal choice. Most folks that buggy like a seat harness. Most folks that kitesurf like a waist harness or impact vest / harness combo.

I like a waist harness. I like the pull from a bit above my center of gravity. A seat harness pulls from a lower spot when I wear one.

the MOST IMPORTANT thing is for it to be comfortable. You will wear it for long, hot spells.

Try to get to a shop or a place that you can compare the feel of the 3 types. Most shops have a swing bar for testing. Maybe try Jake at www.windflowsports.com . Or Powerzone. They should have some to try.
