Jojo RM+ vs. Ozone Yakuza
Anyone have experience with both of these kites? Would really like to hear a comparison.

IMHO, it really comes down to personal preference. They are both top of the line race kites that have a small group of others that are in the same
category. Whenever I'm asked this question, I compare it to asking a truck guy which is better, fords or chevys? There might be just a few others
that are just as good. But IMO, there isn't anything that's actually better (except for maybe in price). But you usually get what you pay for.

Jim, I think your analogy would be better comparing a Lamborghini to a Ferrari....but I am not sure which one would be the Ferrari..... The deciding factor might just be a color thang!
As Jim said, either one of these kites will give you the top performing kite on the market. In most cases these kites are much better than the pilots
are able to give them. I personally prefer the Yakuza's but I would really hesitate on saying which one was actually "better" than the other. I am
sure that Eli, Adam or any of the other highly experienced race pilots would beat me with either kite regardless of what I am flying...but I feel I
might give them a good race none-the-less.
I have always said that kites have a personality and that personality needs to meld with the pilot for the match to be as good as it could be. Your
best bet is to fly each one before deciding which one will mesh perfectly with your personality. I still think that after personally flying each kite
it will be hard to choose which one to buy.

Maybe I should add a little framing here - would either one be better suited for inland buggy use? I've heard that they're not stable, though the
reviews complaining about their performance in lumpy winds were for the prior models; the Jojo RM (not RM+) and the Ozone Razor.
As expensive as they are, they're cheaper than using an equivalent-pull (not necessarily sq/mtr) Speed2. The other thing I suspect with that
solution for buggy-power is that the Flysurfer Speed2 is quite lifty, and as I've been told by people who try to race with Blades, that lift when
overhead translates to too-much downwind pull/drift when at speed in a buggy...but I may be way off.

Both the RM+ and Yakuza are more stable in gusty conditions than their predecessors. I think that was the biggest improvement in both cases. The RM+
is less likely to bowtie, overfly or surge in a gust than the RM and I think the same can be said for the Yakuza. I know the hardest kite to fly in
gusty conditions was the Razor. It was far less stable than the RM, but had better up wind performance. This is probably why you saw the negative
reviews for inland conditions.
In the case of the RM/RM+, with the added stability you have to move up a size to get the same power. In ortherwords a RM+4 has about the same power
as an RM3. I have not flown the bigger race kites, but I can tell you that the smaller RM+ does well in inland conditions where the winds are gusty
and change direction.

YAKUZA COMPARISON
THINK MCLAREN F1 WHEN YOU THINK YAKUZA.
IT'S LIGHT. ITS FAST. AND IT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS.
NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. HIGH END IS HIGH END. IF YOU START MESSING WITH JOJO+ OR YAKUZAS YOU SHOULD PRACTICE IN PERFECT WINDS.
I TOOK A 10M JOJO+ DOWN WITH A 6M YAKUZA IF THAT HELPS!

You guy's are to much! Will you hurry up and race already so I can choose The
one I will get next! I have been interested in both theses kites. Hell all top of the line kites lately my quiver needs to be more solid. I belive a
few major purchases will lead to less purchases. Maybe.
