what leingth lines?

what is the diffrence between the diffrent leingths of lines, apart from the obious?... *the kite going higher and being further away from you* ... I am flying on 25m lines at the moment wich seems to be fairly standard.. What would you guys recomend if i were to change them, or would u say stick with the 25m?

Hi.

The longer the lines you use the more power the kite will generate. This is because the kite will fly through the powerzone longer. The downside is the kite will be a little slower to control.
Basically if you were happy the way the kite flew keep the same length lines if not experiment and see what happens, within reason.

Some sites have a marked wind gradient and lionger lines will get you into stronger and/ or smoother winds. Flexifoil makes handy 5m extensions (but cost almost as much as a line set).
