Man I wish that kinda beach was only 7 mins from my house. What are the normal conditions there (i.e. Wind speed, wind direction, water temp, etc.)?

Water temps range from 55 to 90 degrees, wind speed typical is 10-20 but i get plenty of 20+ days,wind is side-on so it works well. There is alot of old poles and rock in the water.The big plus is the tanker waves that roll thru on the inbound ships. They have built a hugh cruise ship termnal right next to it but there are no ships for 2 more years..............aj
