interesting stuff you do
I was talking with a fellow buggier the other day and he was asking about some of the mods and gear I wear. I just thought that that might be
intersting to see what else people have or do.
I have a monster peg holder on a side rail of my buggy.
A Biner attached to the gooseneck to attach break lines to in a hurry and anything else I don't want to loose!
I also aside from armour and extras wear gaiters to keep my ankles dry(er) from the spray off my mud guard.
What extras do you have?

I suppose I bought my GPS and cell phone to use if I end up wrecked and miles away or on my own. I figure I can hopefully call 911 and they can send
the hover craft or a helicopter . :duh: The trick now is getting wrecked in a place that has coverage. :ticking:

A lot of my body armour is ice hockey kit.
GPS & mobile phone is a must here, just in case. There's no way to walk out of the desert alive in the summer heat.
I also carry reading glasses to read GPS & telephone call list.
I carry 3 liters of cold water in a heavily insulated Camelbak in my Buggy bag & powders against dehydration.
I have a spare kite, lines & handles & spare GPS batteries.
I carry a roll of duck tape in my buggy bag.
It's amazing how useful that has been.
Just 2 weeks ago one of the guys I was buggying with had the sole of his boot drop off. That happens here on the hot sand. I could wrap his sole back
on to the boot with duck tape. It did the trick & he could buggy out the rest of the day without problems.
I have a camera mount attached permanently to my back axle to shoot vids.
I wear goggles that protect my eyes better than any wrap around sunglasses against the dry desert dust that gets everywhere.

I like to to fly and ride while fishing for cobia on the beach. My wife and my bud John laugh their asses off when I check bait or whatever, cause I'm
still wearing my helmet and pads . It must look pretty ridiculous but I'm not
takin it off just to check bait and throw back out! If a big cobia comes along
the wife will have to catch it cause I'll be half way down the beach probably! we will see who is laughing then( I hope it's a90 # cobia)
