HQ Beamer TSR 3.6 Review

I figured since i did a review on the Dakine Fusion harness, i should go ahead and do one on the kite. The kite is great. I started with the brake lines on the 3rd knot and the kite was a joy to fly. Later i decided to try the 4th knot for more power and it was just as good but in a different respect. On the 3rd knot it wont jerk as hard when hit by a gust of wind but on the 4th knot it tries to pull my arms off (untill i got my harness thank god). It tends to turn slower on the 4th knot but has more power and vice versa on the 3rd knot.

It was packaged in the backpack very nicely. Every thing was there nice and seperated with a cd-rom to guide you through set up. It has velcro in the center of the front to tie the bridal ends to when you pack it up. It is a little iffy at the edge of the window but it seems to like the 10-20 mph winds best. I have had it just fall out of the sky at the zenith in lesser winds so in those situations i just fly high figure 8's.

Over all a great kite but now i am looking for one for the lower wind speeds.
