those boards are heavy, big, and wobbly...wear plenty of padz as you'lll likely enter a speed wobble, and on that board the only end to the wobble is
being thrown to the ground...
it's funny, i just gave one of those away
I wouldnt reccomend it...but if you are just starting,,it could be fun HELMET, KNEE, ELBOW AND BUTT PADS REQUIRED
GOOD LUCK

I've got an MBS Blade that I would like to get $120 for... as soon as it's replacement gets in. Shipping will probably be around 30 bucks... Let me
know via u2u if you are interested.
It has been a great cruising board... I weigh 190, it suits me fine. It is equipped with the orange egg shocks, and I will toss in the red ones
(harder) also.
Got a couple friends that havent responded, and I havent put it in the forum yet, but it will be soon... theres a small pic of it in my avatar, theres
another pic of me on it in the gallery on the forum.
*edit* the pic in the gallery is under PKF Members... Me at Zilker Park

The Blade will give you loads of confidence. I've not made a ton of progress (not a lot of room out here) but the few runs I've managed she feels good
underfoot - way better with the egg shocks - try it w/o them and you'll love them to death once they are back in ; )
That'd be twice your price but worth it if what Eli says is true (and you can totally trust what Eli has to say, I'd stand by him in a heartbeat.)

i dont know if they sell them in the us but here in the uk, the scrub ejector is a good starter board. light and flexible. really good for
freestyle(when you progress) and stable for cruising.

I had a Blade when starting out. It is a great board for beginers. Big , heavy and pretty stable.
I credit it for making me FINALLY able to board. Somehow the big deck just made me more comfortable or as Mac' says "confident"!:tumble:
The huge deck makes going over the front just that bit harder!
It's not so big that you can't still use it to start jumping.
You can choose from 3 different egg shocks for 4 choices in firmness.
It's not exactly a new model but they are indistructable . As long as the bindings are good it will last you until you go Pro !
$120 is a very good deal ! It would be hard to find a better deal for a 1st board! Beware though that shipping may hurt ?
