top link in sub category of Total Splash Guard (TSG). i recognize the fork/steering head, siderails and i am assuming that is the flexi wide axle. is the down tube and the foot peg attachment hardware flexi as well?

Yeah it's a Flexi wide-axle but the kinked downtube is not standard, and the foot pegs are modded to be lower by an inch or two.
