Oregon Snowkite?

Anyone know places to snow kite in Oregon. I was hoping to go out in the fields around here with the storm but there has been no wind and of course now it's raining :( So I'm looking for some places to snowkite. There's gotta be some decent places on hood... :puzzled:

Don't know about Oregon but they are having a blast on the North flank of MT Saint Helens. Check with the shops in Hood River for more info.
