What did we get for Christmas?

I figure the question has to be asked. What did we all get this holiday season? Christmas, Hanukkah, etc. I'm guessing some of us got some Kite related gifts under the tree. I'll start:

My one and only present this year (from my wife) was a new Flight Lite 100 mountain board. I'm giddy as a schoolgirl. :wee:

So what did Santa bring everyone else? Kiting or otherwise...

My son got one of those micro mini indoor RC helicopters - it rocks!

I keep sneaking it out of his room to fly it.

Wheels and tires for the franken-buggy build, a bad a$$ iron cross and skull hoodie, and a GPS . Bug might be done in a couple of days now. Then comes waiting out the soggy Pac-Nw winter for a chance to ride.:bigok:

I forgot to mention my bro-in-law got an 8m Ace and the day after christmas was the best wind day we've had here in AZ for a long time. We took his 8m and my 6.5m out and threw ourselves around the whole afternoon. Also got some good landboarding in as well. I'll post some pics in the picture section later.

wow I never thought of making it portable. thats a great idea! they are on sale at costco right now so I may get another one for that.

the one I got for x-mas is already mounted on top of my roof and I'm planning on throwing together a cheapo PC so that I can get it linked up with windonthewater.com and weatherunderground.com

but then again I'm kinda broke so I may just try and make the one on my roof easily detachable and build a little portable base for out out of a broken camera tri-pod or something.
