I've seen those on there for quite awhile now. I've been tempted to buy one but I always end up finding a used MBS for a little bit more money but
much better overall quality.
they usually call them an SDS mountainboard. that's the first time I've seen it called san diego speed.
anyway it looks like the cheapest they sell for is $71.99 buy it now + shipping. I'm not sure how great they are. I would guess the deck is probably
pretty cheap and the trucks probably suck too but the wheels look like MBS tri-star knock offs so they are probably decent.
definitely can't go wrong for the price. but maybe its a diamond in the rough. I wouldn't call it bombproof but I'll bet its cheapness makes it pretty
light.
slap some straps on there and you've got a mountainboard for $100 bucks

This was my first mountain board. For the price they are pretty good. I rode this board for about a year and had no big problems with it. The deck
is decent, the trucks are fine (very adjustable), my only issue was the tires, they tend to not fit evenly around the hubs. So if you fill the tires
too full they bulge on one side. I would definately recommend these though. For the price it's a great entry level board. They come with toe clips
so for a beginner it is a little less intimidating than the standard bindings.
I just got a Flight Lite 100 for Christmas and I'm dying to get used to it. Way higher quality (obviously) but I still love my $80 mountainboard.

NWSWS & McD: thanks for the feedback...
I'm very tight on budget, so looking around for ways to make it work... Sounds like they aren't totally bad!

well, it went for $42, plus shipping at $25... I would have bid but had a power outage right when I was ready to bid!
maybe I was lucky, maybe not, but for that price I woulda been rolling & learning...
