any foruline depower bar with a good amount of throw in the bar. 18''-22" at least and a safety line slide ring, i like the main line but with
loops it is annoying if i forget to go back ,,
equal line finish, trim all the way out; bar all the way in ...and you are set

So equal line lengths with the bar all the way in is proper tuning? I am probably going to use my Gaastra spinning bar...with the release hooked into
the chicken loop..love that old bar

the kite will fly front lines ,
yes slack should be present for full range of depower
and the trim all the way out , it is the safest way to set up the bar (not launch)
trim all the way in for unhooked ...if the stall remains then a shorter main may be needed
