PL Guerilla II 11mē

Hi,

It is quite sure now, I will buy a PL GII 11mē to practice landboarding. Before that I need to have some information about this foil.

What is its wind range ?
Is it a "safe" foil ?
Is it hard to handle ?
...

Give me your comments about this.

For information :
My weight is about 120-130Lbs and the average wind is about 8-15knots in my area. I am a beginer in landboarding.
