I am really sold on the flysurfer kites. I now own four of them. However, one thing I very much dislike is the rope-and-pin chickenloop setup. Does anyone have an alternative they can suggest.

I *might* go as far as getting their new bar, but probably for only one of the kites (pricey!). A less expensive alternative would be great.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Flysurfers are great kites. Got few of them too. but agree for the old chicken loop, it could be better

I have replaced my bar with an Inifnity bar on my Pulse2, much better loop

but the new chicken loop needs a 2 line depower rope, so its incompatible with the old bar. need to replace the whole thing

PM user powerzone he has made a replacement kit for the old flysurfer bar at a good price

I have heard other riders which replaced just the loop with an Ozone one, or a North Iron Hearth. they should be compatible.
