just another day.... with a howling West
what a feast
http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.as...
afternoon session, typically on the water cat quick
but today V13 ATB
got some cool idle floating like sitting in giant swing
the wind drag on the back lines made it very sensitive, on the water i really never noticed it as an additive input of much concern but the highend
power band with land tracking is amazing, my tattered board was vibrating mad esp. on air .
with somewhat limited space... very tidous flying
compared to open water freedom where full throttle runs as far as you legs can take you X2.
some of the steadiest wind from the west this season but a drop in temp harden the show to the same old crew of 3..and this local guy came out on this
big manta smoking hot runs will into the 50's.

manta ,land sailing rig, twice the size of a blokart , more the size of a big kite race buggy
seated trike setup with forward mast sail.
def a water day ...the land stuff just an unhealthy amount of speed/air for the space in retrospect...I'm glad stayed off the water today
yesterday was plenty

I think I'll try kiteboarding in lighter air...get some time then possibly try to go strapless on a skimmer like our local pro...he really enjoys
it...says all I need is one kite to begin...and a used board
Have you visited here lately?

no haven't made it there.
you'll get a lot time out of a 12m bow
good range, easy on the water, a used board with a concave bottom would make it easy around 140cm
if you get a lot of onshore or shallows skim is nice, otherwise you have to go out on top to gain upwind positions for downwind runs , rough and
chop is not so fun on flat board.
