Bad News, Good News
First the bad news: Dirt Slide, aka the King of Garry Point, was in a serious work place accident yesterday. He was rushed to Vancouver General
Hospital where he had six hours of surgery to repair a fractured spine.
The good news: I am just back from visiting him. He can move his legs, so the prognosis for recovery is good. It will be a while before we see him
flying again; not being able to fly at NABX this year has his spirits down, but he is hoping to make to Vegas for some recovery time during NABX.
