at the top right corner of the screen it says "Logged in as ...." and below that click on User Control Panel
Next go to "edit profile" (near the top of the screen that says control panel)
as you scroll down in your profile information area, near the bottom it says Avatar - you can load an image to use and it must be no bigger than 100 x
125 pixels.
