Dirtsurfing

I was wondering if anybody knows what these things can go on. I live on the prairies and was wondering if i would be able to go accross fields and gravel roads, pasture land and things like this with my kite on a dirtsurfer, or do they just need hard packed sand? Also if anyone out there has one some advice would be awesome.

Dirtsurfers are a blast on smooth grass. I have owned the 20" Roadracer, 20" Flexi Pro and now a 16" GP.

However, for your all terrain needs, it sounds like a buggy would be the way to go.

Foil Kites: Flysurfer 12m Sonic 4, 10m Soul V2, Peak 5s and 5.5m Hybrid
LEIs: 9m Naish Pivot, 12m Naish Phoenix
Land: 16" Dirtsurfer GP
H20: 134 Shinn Monk Chromatic, Slingshot 103cm Hope Craft w/ Axis Spitfire 840

Also, if the Dirtsurfer is your first board, it may be a bit hard to handle. I have way more fun in a buggy than I ever had on a dirtsurfer.

Flexi Rage 1.8m, Jojo RM 3m, Flexi Blurr 3.5, Flexi Blade 4.0m, Flexi Blade 4.9m, Flexi Blurr 5, Jojo RM 6m

keep in mind that although certain terrain surfaces may not be harmful to tires/tread they can do a number real quick on your canopy.
case in point-lot's of open fields (farm sections) around here but 'landing/parking/crashing' kite on stubble is an overriding concern for me.

Yes avoiding stubble fields are a chalenge here. I also had that thought that I should stay away from them. Not as much of a chalenge in the winter but since the snow started to go there is stubble everywhere.
