Sorry you are getting slow reaction on this thread... everyone is just starting to get back from NABX...

I'm taking it, you've got some experience flying these four line foils, because there is a huge safety issue with jumping, and, to beat it into the ground, "wear safety gear at all times"... You will probably get a lot of this from other members, don't get discouraged take everything that everyone gives you in stride and you'll be jump'n before long...

That being said, my favorite jump kite to date is the Flexi Blade IV, I just grabbed a PL Twister II 7.7m that will be my low wind jumper, also I have a HQ Crossfire II, Ozone HAKA and a Pansh Ace and all these kites are capable of boosting big airs...

You're gonna need to broaden your info to what type of winds you'll be flying in, Mph/Kph, clean/dirty (gusty) coastal/inland, basically as much info as you can, (we have your weight of 190lbs)... so good advice can be given and you'll achieve what you are looS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-n for... also what is your budget, because you'll have a huge range of prices and they range in quality as you go up in $$$, the more you can spend the better chance you'll get a kite that you'll fly for years, don't be fooled if you get into this you'll have several kites in the future, so don't be worried about buying a less of a kite to start because you'll always come back to it some time, most have several kites for all the different conditions...

Keep an eye out for used kites that you've decided on and get into them for less $... you'll be in great shape if you can find fellow kiters in your area and demo kites in their quiver, most kiters are very helpful and then they could get you into something you are comfortable with...

By the way welcome to the forum...

If you look around on the forum you'll see several have asked similar questions and have been answered with extensive advice, you might be able to get all the info from those treads that you need...
