Dry dock
Well, it's slush season up here for us and it's got me wondering what the best / proper way to dry lines is? Is it sufficient to just bring the bar
inside with the lines wrapped and let it all dry out?

a dry place and time ,NO HEAT
same place you put your boots to dry .
solarium would be perfect.
if its fresh you have to dry them they could mildew
i really don't worry about it. it will just get wet the next day

Yeah, Dyneema and Spectra are hydroscopic- they do not absorb water. So they won't rot but I suppose they could mildew. but any dry place and they
will be fine.

ALong the same lines (i don't want to create a new thread for this). I keep my kites/lines everything in the back of my car. Do you think it will
damage the kites over the summer if it's hot in the car? Should I take them out during the summer?

heat will kill a tube kite, some plastics/foam/polymers are sensitive. a prolong shut up would be where problems come from. in and out on a regular
basis is alright
